Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will promptly and professionally address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies. You will also be responsible for efficiently resolving customer complaints to ensure their satisfaction.
This position requires work on weekdays only, with weekends off. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient with phones or computers, and be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. A diploma (high school, college, or vocational) is required, along with the ability to work on-site with a shifting schedule. Proficient English verbal and listening skills are preferred.
