Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
No Experience Required: Comprehensive training will be provided.
Working Hours: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in phone and computer usage.
- Must be a Filipino citizen or hold valid resident status.
- Diploma in high school, college, or vocational studies.
Salary: Up to Php26,00.00 per month.
