In the role of Airline Ticketing and Customer Support Specialist, you will adhere to established procedures, address customer inquiries, and provide basic troubleshooting assistance. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and display the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
