Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We are currently hiring for various positions in the Airline Ticketing department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers over the phone or through written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, without transferring the call.
- Match customers’ demands to the products and services provided by our airline clients.
- Use negotiation and influencing skills to address objections and gain customer satisfaction.
- Convey relevant information to internal and external clients and share knowledge with colleagues.
