Job Description
We are looking for individuals to join our team in the Airline Ticketing department, specifically for Non-voice roles. As a Non-voice Airline Ticketing agent, you will be responsible for handling ticketing inquiries and transactions through email, chat, and other non-voice channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Prior experience in airline ticketing or a similar role is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
