Job Description
BPO Caldwell Careers Hub is seeking an Airline Ticketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. We offer an industry-leading benefits package that includes a competitive salary of up to Php28,00.00 per month, HMO with 2 beneficiaries from Day One, and flexible shift schedules (Day shift/Mid shift/Night shift).
The ideal candidate will have or without BPO experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include following standard operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and performing basic troubleshooting.
