Job Description
Caldwell Communications is continuously looking for candidates to join our team. We have various accounts available, including Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible, without transferring the call.
- Match customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Effectively communicate information to internal and external clients, as well as share knowledge with colleagues.
