Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information to clients
- Communicates via phone or written correspondence to address concerns
- Answer participant questions and ensure understanding of critical information
What are we looking for?
- High School Graduate/Senior High School with BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Open to candidates with no experience, onsite work with computer-based applications
- At least 35km away from the site
