Are you excited about providing exceptional customer service? ASG BPO NORTH is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll handle the Hotel Reservation account in Quezon City-Cubao.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries about hotel reservations.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience by resolving issues.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School/ALS Graduate
- At least one-year BPO Experience
- Must live within NCR or Rizal/Antipolo
