Job Responsibilities:
- Answer client inquiries via phone and email
- Provide customer assistance through mail and fax
- Resolve customer concerns effectively
- Clarify critical information for participants
Requirements:
- High School Graduate with BPO experience
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Open to college graduates with no experience
- Comfortable working on-site with computer applications
- Within 35km from the site
