Job Description
- Assist passengers and drivers in Venue Booking and managing Booth Services and dispatching delivery items.
- Booking Rides for Passengers using Client Venue App.
- Assist passengers in booking rides using passenger App.
- Helping and resolving driver escalation issues or passenger issues.
- Promote products, promos, events, and activities the Client offers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Client’s Booths.
- Safeguard Client-issued tools.
- Follow instructions from Booking Agent Supervisors/Team Leader/Manager.
- Prepare and submit reports accurately.
- Any other related activities that need to be done to perform duties and responsibilities in manning and servicing the clients, partners, affiliates in the Client’s Booth
