Job Description
As an Airport Duty Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport services. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the overall ground handling activities, including coordinating with various departments and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for monitoring flight schedules, organizing baggage handling, and ensuring proper passenger assistance. Additionally, you will need to maintain constant communication with airline representatives, ground service providers, and other airport staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and strong communication skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities are also essential in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in the aviation industry or a related field is preferred. Basic computer skills, knowledge of airport regulations, and familiarity with airport operations software are advantageous.
