Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified Quality Manager for our Travel Account team, based in Alabang. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers, in line with industry standards and company policies.
Your main duties will include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures for the Travel Account team.
- Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
- Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions to enhance the team’s performance and quality of service.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
