Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Quality Manager for our Travel Account team, based in Alabang. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers, in line with industry standards and company policies.

Your main duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures for the Travel Account team.
  • Monitoring and evaluating customer interactions, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
  • Identifying training needs and conducting training sessions to enhance the team’s performance and quality of service.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

If you have a strong background in quality management, preferably within the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, then we would love to hear from you.
