Job Description
Provides evaluation validation of Training, Upgrading Skill management system of individual employees, preparation of reports for the department.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepares documents for effective implementation of skill development management system and organizes confidential sensitive materials and documents within department.
- Prepares and conducts training validation report plan and training to improve both skills and attitude of employee.
- Summarizes evaluates, results and review of documents under the department such as ISO procedures.
- Performs administrative duties, prepares report to discuss the weekly, monthly, semestral and/or annual schedule.
- Designated as internal auditor, conducts Quality Management System and Environment Management System of other departments to ensure that production systems and processes will comply with the ISO standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Graduate of BS Psychology and BS Administration
- With training experience in an automotive plant
