Job Description
Allianz is a leading insurance company that is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Agency Manager in Laguna. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of insurance agents and driving sales growth in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to agents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
