The Operations team at Shopee manages the operational processes, from product search to product delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing operational KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing various functions.
- Pre-planning of Vehicle Allocation for hub-to-hub
- Dispatching of allocated fleet
- Sourcing fleet based on requirements
- Monitoring vehicle status versus committed fleet
- Coordinating with providers for vehicle availability
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Work experience in related field
- People management and team leadership experience
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Good team player with adaptability
- Comfortable with fast-paced culture
