Job Description
The Alternative Channels Manager plays a strategic role in driving the development of MaxiLife’s key strategic partnerships to acquire and capture new customers, and grow the company’s presence in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partnership Development: Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market reach.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with partners and understand market trends.
- Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through effective initiatives and maximize revenue.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Increase customer acquisition and enhance retention strategies.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities for market presence and explore new segments.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Must have insurance business development exposure, knowledge of insurance products, and market dynamics.
- Excellent presentation skills, collaboration, project management, and relationship-building competencies.
- Basic technical understanding of embedding insurance in customer journeys and exposure to insurance project management.
