Job Description
We are seeking an Alternative Payment Operations Analyst to manage non-card payment channels, including e-wallets, bank transfers, and buy‑now‑pay‑later. You will perform daily reconciliations, investigate exceptions, handle disputes and chargebacks, and coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure timely settlement. The role also involves optimizing workflows, documenting procedures, and supporting compliance and reporting efforts.
- 1–3 years of experience in payments or fintech operations
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and SQL or equivalent data tools
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to perform under deadlines
