Job Description
Must have excellent communication skills and 1-2 years of experience as a truck dispatcher in a similar industry. Experience with CSR, Amazon, or truck dispatching is required. Proficiency in Transportation Management Software like Samsara and Rose Rocket is a must.
Responsibilities include scheduling drivers, planning routes, dispatching drivers, and managing customer services. Knowledge of transportation regulations, laws, and office software is essential. The role requires monitoring drivers’ logs, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
This full-time, permanent position offers a monthly salary of Php30,00. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, on-site parking, training opportunities, and promotion prospects. The work schedule is on a night shift with no fixed weekends off.
Experience in truck dispatching, route planning, customer service, and TMS is preferred. BPO experience is a plus. Willingness to travel is highly desirable.
