Job Description
Qualifications as an Amazon Truck Dispatcher Associate:
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in transportation or logistics preferred
- 1-2 years of truck dispatch experience in a related field
- Skilled in driver scheduling, route planning, and dispatch
- Proficient in customer service and freight billing
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Software
- Experience in office software like Microsoft Word, Excel
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws
Your Responsibilities:
- Handling driver calls and reporting violations
- Scheduling driver deliveries/pickups and communicating with customers
- Planning routes, preparing dispatch documents, and maintaining records
Job Type: Full-time
