Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Ambassador for Slot Operations at Melco Resorts & Entertainment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in the casino slot area.
Your main duties will include assisting guests with using the slot machines, troubleshooting any issues, and ensuring a smooth gaming experience. You must promote responsible gaming practices and maintain professionalism.
If you have a passion for customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you. Previous customer-facing experience and casino operations knowledge are a plus.
