Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled AML/FATCA Officer to join our team. As an AML/FATCA Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant anti-money laundering (AML) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) regulations.
Your main duties will include conducting regular audits and reviews, analyzing financial transactions for any suspicious activity, and implementing effective AML and FATCA policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating any potential risks or breaches and reporting them to senior management and the appropriate regulatory authorities.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid understanding of AML and FATCA regulations, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
