Job Description
We seek an experienced AML Manager to lead our anti-money laundering program and ensure compliance with local and international AML/CFT regulations. You will develop and enforce policies, perform risk assessments, oversee customer due diligence and transaction monitoring, investigate suspicious activity, prepare SAR/STR filings, report to regulators, and provide staff training.
- Requirements: 5+ years in AML/compliance, strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws, experience with monitoring systems, analytical and leadership abilities.
- Preferred: CAMS certification. Required: bachelor’s degree in finance, law, or a related field and excellent communication skills.
