Job Description
Position: Analyst Employee Relations
Location: Manila, Philippines
Reports To: Sr Manager Employee Relations Counsel
Direct Reports: None
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Analyst of Employee Relations at Royal Caribbean Group will be based in Manila, providing essential support to the Employee Relations team in the US. Responsibilities include managing intake, assignment, and closure of employee concerns, supporting various initiatives, and working overlapping hours with the Miami-EST time zone.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with intake assignment and monitoring of HR-related AWARE hotline reports and Union grievances
- Provide support in information gathering and preparing documentation for thorough investigations and proper closure
- Interact with HR teams and provide support on employee relations, HR compliance projects, and initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or college graduate
- Experience in relevant field or Human Resources preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to positively influence and build strong employee relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
