Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service Representative (Life Insurance) responsible for inbound calls from policy holders and providers, ensuring service delivery in line with business policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of work experience in Life Insurance
- Business process management proficiency
- Continuous learner and tech-savvy
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree a plus
- Relevant certifications or experience advantageous
