Job Description
Prepare analytical and trend reports, create graphics, and provide stakeholder ready material
- Analyze ticketing data to provide actionable insights
- Visualize digital analytics using BI tools for data-driven insights
- Design dashboards and reporting tools for internal stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling to support business initiatives
- Identify business challenges and provide analytics using statistical methods
