Job Description
The Ancillary Services Head ensures the efficient operations and coordination of the different ancillary departments under its supervision.
- Oversee the operations of the Division and assigned staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Ancillary services
- Develop and implement, in coordination with Patient Safety and Quality Management (PSQM) Department, standard operating procedures, quality assurance programs, safety regulations, outlining methods, procedures and techniques done in the various departments of the group for the guidance of professional and technical staff, and patients.
- Promote and develop effective research and development programs
- Monitor the inventory and expenditures of the different ancillary departments
- Monitor the compliance of the different departments to established quality procedures
- Manage the division budget and ensure revenue targets of the different departments are met
- Ensure all facilities and equipment used by the different departments are well-maintained at all times.
- Develop, in coordination with the Marketing Group, marketing programs for the Ancillary Departments
