Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Annipie Supervisor to manage daily operations at Tagum (Northbound Prk.5-A Brgy. Magdum, Tagum) and Maa (Trinidad Greenhills, Maa, Davao City) branches. The Supervisor will ensure smooth store operations, uphold service standards, and drive financial performance.
- Oversee staff, inventory control, and POS operations
- Introduce and merchandise products; implement local marketing initiatives
- Ensure excellent customer service and achievement of sales targets
- Resolve operational issues and coach team members
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management, minimum 2 years retail management experience, strong leadership and communication, inventory and POS proficiency, marketing aptitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to work at both sites. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, On-site.
