Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced AP/AR Officer to join our team. As an AP/AR Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring timely payment and collection of invoices.
Your duties will include processing purchase orders and invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Additionally, you will communicate with vendors and customers to resolve any payment inquiries or discrepancies.
The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in accounting, excellent attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
