Job Description
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Scanning and processing vendor invoices
- Handling invoice issues and queries
- Requesting vendor database changes
- Preparing AP entries
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- AP GL-SL Reconciliation
Supporting PTP Team Lead/Manager in AP processes, maintaining good relationships, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
Education: Accounting or business degree, CPA preferred.
Skills: Detail-oriented, customer-focused, excellent communication.
Job Type: Temporary, 6-month contract
Salary: Php18,00.00 per month
