Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our team at Eclerx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing journal entries, ensuring the accuracy of AP transactions, and monitoring AP aging reports. Additionally, the role involves generating monthly reports for the client’s Controller and reconciling the General Ledger.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred), a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero. Attention to detail is essential. Availability for night shifts (U.S. hours) and work on Philippine holidays is required.
