Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced APAC Field Recruitment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process across the Asia-Pacific region.
Your main tasks will include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand their needs and priorities. You will also collaborate with HR teams across different countries to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
As the APAC Field Recruitment Manager, you should have a strong background in talent acquisition and be familiar with the APAC job market. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
