Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Regional Lead to develop and execute OH strategy across the Asia‑Pacific region. You will lead regional programs, manage multi‑country teams, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate medical surveillance and risk assessments, and engage stakeholders to harmonize standards. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of occupational health or related experience, proven leadership managing multi‑country teams, strong knowledge of regional regulations, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and readiness to travel. Reporting to the Global OH Head, you will drive continuous improvement and alignment across markets.
