Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an API Support and Integration Technical Support Representative (TSR). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients while ensuring seamless integration and troubleshooting of APIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assistance to clients regarding API usage, configuration, and integration.
- Addressing and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve software bugs.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance measures to ensure reliable API performance.
- Documenting technical processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
