Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Application/Client Support Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, resolving client issues, and identifying areas for improvement within the support process.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of support representatives and providing guidance and mentorship
- Ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client queries and issues
- Collaborating with internal departments to address client needs and improve overall customer experience
- Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Conducting regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support skills
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer support role, preferably with experience leading a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of CRM systems and technical troubleshooting will be an advantage.
