Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Application Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Application Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and customization of various applications within our organization. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of software applications and providing technical support to end-users.
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of application management processes. You should be proficient in troubleshooting software issues, analyzing system performance, and implementing software upgrades. Prior experience in project management and knowledge of ITIL framework are a plus.
