Job Description
An Application Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and support of software applications within an organization. They are responsible for analyzing user requirements, configuring software solutions, conducting system tests, and providing training and technical support to end-users.
Key responsibilities of an Application Specialist include:
- Gathering and documenting user requirements for software applications.
- Configuring and customizing software solutions to meet specific business needs.
