Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
- Manage user access and permissions for security compliance.
- Develop training programs to enhance user application skills.
- Analyze application performance for optimization opportunities.
- Participate in application projects, from planning to deployment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in SQL databases; knowledge of AWS is a plus.
- Experience with programming languages like Java and Python.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
