Job Description
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in Application Support
- Proficient in documentation (process flow, UAT, user manuals)
- SAP Materials Management knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Ticketing Systems (ServiceDesk Plus)
- Familiarity with payment systems (GCash, Mastercard, Visa)
Job Description:
- Facilitate integration between Back Office applications and business lines
- Respond promptly to production issues
- Manage ticketed query systems
- Provide support to IT analysis and development teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at Php45,00/month
