Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Application Support Analyst to enhance our team at I2s Business Solutions. Candidates should possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, along with at least 2 years of experience in system analysis and technical troubleshooting. This role involves managing client support, analyzing data, and developing effective system solutions utilizing tools such as Zendesk, Jira, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Splunk.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary ranging from Php50,00.00 to Php70,00.00 per month, along with benefits including health insurance, paid training, and additional leave. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in log monitoring and cloud platforms.
