Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVES:
Application support will be responsible in managing and troubleshoot existing software applications such as overseeing the installation, maintenance, and debugging procedures to streamline business operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing software application support.
- Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
- Ensuring effective front and back-end functionality of applications.
- Establishing the root cause of application errors and escalating serious concerns to management.
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
- Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
- Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of customer service and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
