Job Description
Job Summary:
This key position is responsible for providing application maintenance and support to internal and external clients to minimize service disruption within agreed Service Levels and Standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide application maintenance and support services to clients.
- Manage support tickets from receipt to resolution.
- Liaise with clients and internal groups for problem resolution.
- Document and perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of BS/BA in Information Technology or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in application maintenance and support.
