Job Description
Key Skills:
- Management of Tickets, Phone and Remote Support, Basic Network Troubleshooting – IP Configuration, Intranet, and Internet, Office365.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any computer course
- Good communication skills
- 6 months to 1 year experience as IT Helpdesk or Service desk engineer
- With 20 mbps (internet) with backup
- Shifting schedules or must be open for graveyard shifts and willing to work during holidays and weekends.
- Can start asap

Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
