Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-year course graduates with or without work experience.
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months work experience (Customer service experience).
- High School Graduate with 1 year solid BPO experience.
- Above average English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good comprehension skills.
- Basic knowledge with MS Office.
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
