Job Description
Are you skilled at addressing customer inquiries and providing excellent support? AspireGlobal Taguig is currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Representative. Join our team and be part of an exciting company that values customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, chat, or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or problems effectively and efficiently.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge about the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Communication: Communicate with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, both verbally and in writing.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
