Job Description
An appointment setter is responsible for scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth coordination between the client and the sales team. The main tasks involve making phone calls, contacting potential clients, and providing them with necessary information.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. They must be persuasive and able to engage potential clients in a conversation, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments
- Engage potential clients and gather necessary information
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or appointment setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
