Job Description
An appointment setter is responsible for contacting potential clients or customers to schedule appointments for sales representatives or other professionals. In this role, you will be required to make outbound calls, engage prospects, and convince them to schedule appointments.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone or email
- Pitch products or services to prospects
- Qualify leads and assess their needs
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments
We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
