Job Description
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility will be to schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team. You will reach out to potential clients through phone calls or emails, introduce our products/services, and secure a time slot for a meeting. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
Key tasks include maintaining an organized schedule, following up with prospects, and updating the CRM system with appointment details. Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
