Job Description
We are looking for an Appointment Setter/Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Go Beyond Limits Outsourcing Solutions. Responsibilities include cold calling, contacting prospective mortgage agents, and scheduling meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Familiarizing with products/services.
- Calling mortgage agents.
- Fielding questions, scheduling meetings.
- Keeping a detailed call log.
- Screening and recruiting qualified applicants.
Qualification Standards/ Required Knowledge:
- Prior related experience preferred.
- Computer literate, great communication skills.
- Ability to work in Canada time zones.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
