Job Description
Welcome to our company! We are currently searching for a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter.
As an Appointment Setter, your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients to schedule appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients via phone or email
- Explaining our products/services and setting up appointments
- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Updating and managing the CRM system
- Meeting monthly appointment targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
